Do I need a quote, or are prices fixed?
Most prices are fixed and shown right here on the website, so you can book with confidence. For roofs, larger driveways or commercial work we'll give you a quick fixed quote — a photo on WhatsApp is the fastest way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or bank transfer. Payment is only due once the work is done and you're happy — for regular cleans we'll send our bank details so you can pay by quick transfer.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Most of our work is outside, so you don't need to be in. We'll let you know when we've been and you can pay afterwards.
Are you fully insured?
Yes — we carry £1 million public liability insurance on every job, for complete peace of mind.
Which areas do you cover?
Ashford and all its suburbs, plus Tenterden, Charing, Wye, Hamstreet, Bethersden and — now expanding to the coast — Folkestone and Hythe. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.
